Really happy with both their efficiency and customer service, and the price was very reasonable too.

They added about $120 of extra insurance and told me the insurance company would reimburse me for it. Is that really how it works?

Super satisfied with the whole rental experience. They even upgraded me for free to a Chrysler with a 3.6L engine—ventilated and heated seats, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, cruise control, you name it. All the power doors and windows made everything really easy to use. Best part: the car was basically brand-new, super reliable, so I never had to worry about breaking down on the road. Returning the car was just as smooth and easy—drop-off location was easy to find and there were staff on-site guiding the process. Totally recommend!

Super clean, and once you get off the plane just follow the signs—so easy you literally can’t miss it.

Pick-up and drop-off were really quick and efficient.

Service was pretty good. When the car I booked wasn’t available, they immediately helped me find another one.

Overall it was pretty good, and the staff were really nice. I’m guessing it’s a company policy, but they did try hard to talk us into prepaying for a full tank of gas. In the end we decided not to prepay and just return the car with a full tank instead.
