I arrived around 9:30 p.m. and there were only two staffed counters open, so the process was pretty slow. By the time I actually got the car it was already past midnight.

I've rented with AVIS several times now and it’s always been smooth and hassle-free!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and in great condition. Lots of interior space, easily fits six people. The only downside is the trunk is a bit small. We had five people, and by folding down one of the rear seats we could fit four or five suitcases. The car has a higher chassis and handles rough roads well, so it’s great for driving around places like the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone.

Service was really attentive.

There was a tiny bit of a language barrier. I had to double‑check the insurance details with the staff three or four times, but in the end there were no surprise add‑ons and everything extra was confirmed as not included. Booking was for one driver.

Return process was really quick and they verified everything in no time.

The staff weren’t very responsible. I’d already paid for multiple drivers, but they still charged me extra.
