The service should be okay. Previously, there was no queue for car pickup at 8 a.m., but this time the waiting time was long. Additionally, there is an issue that needs to be addressed between QEEQ and the rental company. I purchased full insurance through the QEEQ platform, but the rental company could not see it, so they repeatedly discussed the insurance with me, wasting a lot of time. However, this is not the rental company's fault; they genuinely couldn't see that I had already bought full insurance.

Staff didn’t even give me a choice ofnot taking extra insurances, pay for fuel option was pictured mandatory. I paid over 500$ extra over what I paid on QEEQ. Upon return I was told to leave keys in the car and go, next day I noticed an extra cleaning charge of $100. I will never return to Dollar

The pickup time was relatively long. The vehicle was very new, but the one I got seemed to be smaller than a Camry, roughly the size of a Corolla.

It's mainly cheap, but the car is in poor condition. It's passable for basic use.

There was some upselling, so you need to pay attention. Make sure to bring all the required documents.
