Absolutely satisfied! Finding a car was super easy, and returning it was just as convenient. The entire road trip went smoothly, and the car's performance was excellent. Completed a hassle-free self-driving trip in the US. A perfect experience!

I specifically booked the Soul because I love that boxy little SUV, but they gave me a sedan instead. It really took away from the whole trip.

Service was pretty decent overall. The staff were nice, but the first pickup location they gave me was wrong, so I had to run back and forth twice, and the car I finally got wasn’t the model I originally booked. On the plus side, the line wasn’t long, the car was very new and super clean. All in all, I’d still say the service was good.
