I only rated the store to boost its score so I could use specific coupons later. The service attitude at this store is extremely poor. I booked a C class car but was given a B class because I refused their upselling. Eventually, a Hertz staff kindly resolved the issue. QEEQ customer service was of no help at all.
Arbitrary charges. When I returned the car, I had clearly refueled it completely, but they charged me fuel fees without inspecting the vehicle. After complaining through the rental platform, it took several days for them to refund the overcharged amount.
