Great vehicle and seamless pick-up/drop off process

Pretty good.

There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly. The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked. Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.

Vehicle pickup was delayed by two hours, but the rest of the services were satisfactory.

Very flexible with car choice. An issue with the wheel, although resolved very swiftly and excellent follow up afterwards.

Car was upgraded without request, and was created when I walked up. Super nice service!
