Great vehicle and seamless pick-up/drop off process

There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly. The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked. Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.

Like: Vehicle was comfortable and very good gas mileage
Dislike: Vehicle should have been serviced better before being released for this rental.

Like: That after a V E R Y L O N G wait, I was offered an opportunity to upgrade
Dislike: Too many staff behind the desk not attending to anything, then saying the computers were down, resulting in overly long wait

Like: Received a better car than expected

Like: The staff was friendly and helpful..
Dislike: The wait time was a little linger than I would expect
