staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Enterprise made us go to an entirely different city to get our car when the documents said pick up at airport. It was totally unacceptable and the agent was very rude. Upon return the agent did give us a $50. Refund for the poor service we received.

“mustang was under powered”

Like: the gas mileage was better but not why I rented a mustang convertible, The top was super easy operate in 20 seconds up or down
Dislike: for being a mustang I was surprised how under powered it was, no basic navigation either
