Good model car, friendly staff, but car had a couple issues: - One of the wiper blades came loose on highway - Car didn't have enough coolant and gave engine warning. Topped up with water myself.

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience
