The rental counter at Dallas Airport is really new and modern, and the staff were super friendly. The shuttle buses run very frequently.

Got to the rental center around 11pm on the fast, convenient shuttle, and everything at the counter was super efficient. Paperwork was really simple, no surprise add-ons. I just walked to the assigned spot myself—my original booking was for a Malibu sedan, but they upgraded me to a Chevy Traverse SUV with just a little over 4,000 miles on it. That really made my night.

Everything went pretty smoothly overall, but there was one extra charge I couldn’t quite figure out. QEEQ’s staff jumped on it right away and helped me look into it.

Service attitude was pretty average, nothing special.
