After getting off the plane, there is a shuttle bus that directly takes you to the car rental building, which is very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and polite. They mentioned we could choose between a Toyota Camry or a Chevrolet SUV. We booked the SUV. The car was in good condition and easy to drive, though the tires were a bit noisy on the highway. I think next time it's better to rent a car with lower mileage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I refueled the car when exchanging it, and the kind staff reminded me that I paid for the fuel exemption fee and helped me get it refunded. Thumbs up!

Very good

The car provided by the rental company was quite different from what we booked. We reserved a Toyota Camry but ended up with a hybrid RAV4. That said, we drove it for over 10 days and only had to refuel a few times, which is great considering how expensive gas is in the U.S. these days. We extended the rental for another two days because our plans changed, which cost us quite a bit more. To be fair, that's on us for not planning better, but they could improve by offering a uniform rate for extensions beyond a certain number of days. Instead, we ended up paying a steep extra charge—haha, nothing we could do about it.

The queue at AVIS was rather long, likely because it's a large platform with good reputation. The customer service attitude was acceptable, but they added roadside assistance insurance without informing me. I only discovered this after checking my credit card statement following a car exchange. However, I had already purchased full coverage insurance during the booking process.

The car was great, disappointed that Avis staff tried to sell an extra for breakdown we had already purchased through QeeQ

We have never used QeeQ before but would definitely look to use again and recommend them. The communication was excellent from start to finish.

Waited for an hour on the first day to get the car

Pickup and return were very smooth. Currently, I'm not sure how the toll fees are calculated. It's been only three days since the return, and there is no information on when this charge will be settled.
