It was my first time driving in the US and also my first time renting a car. The pickup and drop-off processes were very convenient, and the platform provided clear instructions. Overall, a great experience!

The manager’s service was pretty good. The only issue was that the car I booked wasn’t actually available, so they had to rush one in from somewhere else, which wasted quite a bit of time. They did give me some fuel as compensation though, so overall it was still a decent experience.
