Pick-up and drop-off were both really quick.

Pick-up and drop-off are at the same place, and there’s a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport, super fast and convenient. We rented on the Big Island for 6 days over the Spring Festival, booked early, and full coverage was only about 2,100 RMB. Even when the volcano erupted, they still kept our car for us, which was really reassuring.

Pickup was really quick. The service desk is on the first floor of the Wynn, tucked away in a corner so you may need to ask security for directions. Once you get the keys, just head down to B1 to pick up the car. The vehicle had only about 2,000 miles on it, basically brand new. Drove about 1,200 miles on a West Coast road trip and everything went smoothly.

Really great rental experience this time. I landed in Tucson pretty late, but thanks to the clear instructions on my booking it was super easy to find the rental location. The staff were very friendly and professional, didn’t try to upsell me anything, and processed everything quickly. Picking up the car was smooth and straightforward. Returning the car was just as easy: even though there were several cars ahead of me, the staff checked mine very quickly. The whole return process took less than 10 minutes—they just walked around the car once and that was it, no delays at all. Overall, incredibly convenient.

There were tons of people and no cars available at first, everyone was just waiting. Maybe because we had kids with us, we only waited about 15 minutes. They didn’t try to hard-sell any extras either, just asked about them briefly and that was it.

No lines at all and pickup was super fast. We even got the car about 20 minutes earlier than our scheduled time, no upselling and no pointless chit‑chat.
