Pretty good overall.

The overall experience was way better than with Dollar.

Really good, way better value for money than we expected. We had four people, one big suitcase and three 20-inch carry-ons, all packed to the max. The car was so full the rearview mirror was basically only useful for checking the sides, haha. Our plans changed later so we didn’t do a one-way drop anymore, and switched to the Portland rental location instead—just dropped the keys and left, super easy and hassle-free!

Fantastic rental experience overall. The pickup line was a bit long, but to make up for the wait they upgraded us to the exact Sienna we wanted instead of a similar Carnival. The car was almost brand new, with only about 8,000 miles on it.
