The service from this big company is excellent, and there was no upselling. I rented the car at a downtown store, and when I returned the car at 10 PM after they had closed, all I had to do was park the car and leave the key. The only downside was that the car was slightly old. We visited Mount Olympus, which was truly memorable!

Pretty good overall. However, they didn't have the car I wanted, but the upgraded model was quite satisfactory. The S60 is very suitable for the U.S. environment. The trunk can only be opened from the trunk itself, and the rear seats cannot be folded down from inside the car. Even if the car gets broken into, the trunk remains secure.

Dishonest company with overcharging practices. Before returning the car, I made sure to fill the tank completely. I drove approximately 270 miles and spent over $50 on gas (hybrid vehicle). Then, I drove about 25 miles to the airport to return the car. The attendant checked the vehicle and said everything was fine. However, later I received a bill stating that I was charged for 3 gallons of gas at a cost of over $40. Driving 270 miles used just 13.3 gallons of gas, but they claimed I needed 3 gallons for a 25-mile drive to the airport. This is truly a dishonest company.

Very satisfied, the car I picked up was brand new, with only 13 miles on it.

The car is relatively new, with around 20,000 kilometers on it. However, the condition is not very good, and it shakes slightly when driving at 80 km/h.

Overall, it's pretty good.

私の英語力が無いせいだと思いますが、何を言っているのか聞き取りにくく、何回か聞き直したら、あからさまにもういいやって態度になりました。他のお客さんはいませんでした。もう少し丁寧に接してくれても良いのではないかと思いました。 わからない間にロードサービスを追加されてました。 受付はかなり不親切な印象しか有りませんでした。

何も困りませんでした。 TPLをどうやってつけるのか最初わかりませんでした。最初から検索条件に入れれば良いと気がつくのに時間がかかりました。
