The pickup location was understaffed, and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring the car over.

The recommended add-ons were a bit misleading. On the plus side, there were plenty of cars to choose from and both pick-up and return were really convenient.

On Maui, we chose an affordable SUV. There are many off-road areas near Hana, and this car was both affordable and functional.

Overall pretty happy with the service—just wish the line had been shorter. Picking up and returning the car at the airport was really convenient and easy to find.

Both pick-up and drop-off processes were very smooth, with no extra charges. It is very friendly for people who are not fluent in English.

When I went to pick up the car they told me there were no Focuses left and told me to just pick something from the last row. Turned out there were no cars there at all. After a while a K4 and a Soul showed up, so I went straight for the K4. The next day the maintenance light came on, so I drove it back to swap cars. No more K4s—only a Suzuki or even smaller cars. After I filed a claim they finally agreed to give me a K5. Got stopped once as I was driving it out of the garage, but after that everything went through fine.
