ATHENS CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Car was in decent shape, no hard sell on extra insurance, and their hours are pretty long.

The car was clean, easy to drive, and the staff were really efficient.

Really great overall.

The car was brand new and picking it up at the airport was really convenient.

There was a line and only three service counters, so it took a while to get things done.

Staff were professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I asked about insurance and once they saw I’d already bought full coverage through QEEQ, they didn’t try to upsell anything, just explained that I’d need to pay upfront if anything happened and claim later. The car itself was so-so, with quite a few scratches, old tires, and it wasn’t very clean. They specifically reminded us to keep it clean or they’d charge a €100 cleaning fee.

Thanks for the upgrade ! WOW amazing

Do I really have to fill this in?

Both the service and the car were excellent, everything worked perfectly.

The lady at the counter in the arrivals hall was really friendly. She explained the pickup location slowly and clearly in English (exit from Door 5 in arrivals, turn right, walk about 200 meters, look for the store logo in the parking lot across the road, then cross over to pick up the car).

Very professional and really took things seriously.

The store is really clean and the staff are professional and efficient.

The car was almost brand new with only about 10,000 km on it. Both pick-up and drop-off were easy to find, and the staff were professional and efficient.

They first gave us a manual car that was in pretty rough shape, but later that afternoon we went back to the branch and swapped it for a much better one. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service.

Overall it was fine, nothing particularly good or bad.

Service was fine, no complaints there. But the fuel gauge on the car was faulty… still waiting to see how they handle it!

Picking up the car at Athens Airport was super quick and easy, and returning it was just as smooth.

Being able to return the car even in the middle of the night is great.

Overall it was pretty good, but they never told us exactly where to pick up the car, so we had to go back and ask a second time before we finally found it.
