Excellent service! The car is very new, and the store is newly opened by a local car rental company. Much more affordable compared to nationwide chains! All the cars here are less than two years old. When picking up the car, there was a Highlander that had just arrived the day before—fantastic! No hidden fees, the staff will remind and suggest options for you, but you can decide for yourself. Very normal, no forced purchases or major pitfalls. The overall quality of service there is pretty high. Just make sure to ask questions thoroughly.

The company representative was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we received a very old car, meaning it was full of scratches and technologically outdated — an Audi Q3 from 2019 without reverse sensors and without a rear camera. Additionally, some safety systems were non-functional, such as the lane-keeping assist, which was disabled. I’d like to remind you that it’s 2024, and I expect an international rental company like Avis to have modern vehicles, not ones that are 5 years old.

The charges should not be non-refundable. On September 4th, we rented under order number 1006128509, but due to the inability to cross the border, we had to return the car early. Although we did not fulfill the contract, deducting the entire rental fee is unreasonable. It is understandable to impose an appropriate penalty, but withholding so much money is outrageous. A rental company of this international caliber shouldn't act like this.

The company tries every possible way to take money from you and resorts to tricks to achieve this. Their bumper is as flimsy as a sheet of paper and can be easily damaged with a light kick. In China, such a cheap item would only cost around one or two hundred yuan, but they charge you 350 euros. It's an unpleasant display of the deeply ingrained exploitative attitude of traditional capitalist countries in Europe.

The car was an old Ford and consumed a lot of fuel. They tried to upsell insurance once. When returning the car, the staff just gave it a quick check without being too strict. During pickup, they provided a small card explaining that minor scratches within the card's area didn't need to be noted. For fuel, you return the car with the same amount as when you picked it up, no need to fill it completely.

They have too many tricks. The most severe one is the changing license plates. Once you drive out and the license plate is missing, they charge you a few hundred euros. The police have already confirmed their tricks. The day before I went to the police station, their company had reported 3 plates missing.

I strongly recommend not choosing this rental company. This time I had a very bad experience! When I returned the car, they told me that there was a bit of sunscreen on the passenger seat. They lied to me, saying that it was covered by insurance, and asked for 144 euros. Fortunately, I was cautious and called the rental customer service. I was informed that the cleaning fee was not covered by insurance. If I paid it, it would be completely out of my pocket. I asked if I could clean it myself, and they agreed. I spent an hour cleaning the stain. It looked perfectly fine to me, but they used a phone flashlight, pressed against the seat, and claimed they could still see it, insisting I still owed 144 euros. I was speechless! It was never about the stain; they just wanted to make money. They wouldn't let me leave without paying! I truly witnessed the 'hospitality' of the Greek people! It's despicable! The condition after I cleaned it is in the picture; please ignore the water stains, they disappeared once dry. They even threatened me, saying if my cleaning wasn't good enough, I would have to pay more! What's more disgusting is that when I refused to pay because it was unreasonable, they threatened to call the police! Do they think they can bully Chinese people?

Lovely guy on pick up and lovely lady on drop off. Watch out for car selection in terms of the Athens congestion charge. I had to change from my planned bmw to a Skoda Octavia but it was fine and meant I could go anywhere. Also some more enhanced instructions on where to pick up would be good, but we found them eventually in the car park at the far end of the side of the terminal

This is a Greek chain car rental company, and their service is quite professional. The paperwork was handled quickly, and there was a dedicated person to track and check the condition of the car when picking it up. Upon returning to the airport, a staff member escorted us since we were in a hurry to catch our flight. They arranged for someone to take us to the airport promptly, and the journey takes about fifteen minutes.

The overall service experience was terrible. The pickup location was very far away. After returning the car, they charged us over 200 euros: more than 100 euros for excess mileage, 40 euros for cleaning (even though we had cleaned the car ourselves), and 40 euros for airport parking. When we asked them to provide photos of the car's interior and the parking bill, they could not. They also claimed the airport parking fee was for a violation, but they couldn't provide any violation notice. So avoid renting a car from here; it's easy to get scammed.

Had to wait a long time to pick up the car, with no clear indication of where to pick it up. The car was very old, having run nearly 160,000 kilometers. After running for five days, the front bumper fell off due to old damage being aggravated by vibrations, even though there were no collision marks. We had to use duct tape to keep it in place and complete our trip. Reported the situation to the person receiving the car when returning it, but he didn't offer any solution, just took a photo and drove off. It's been two months without a response. When contacted, they sent a list of charges, including repair fees, over-limit mileage fees, and cleaning fees for the duct tape marks, totaling exactly my deposit. This is an appalling tactic! After repeated contacts from Zuzu Car, they refunded the over-limit mileage fee of 38 Euros but still charged the 99 Euro cleaning fee! Zuzu Car couldn't do anything more. This company, Modi, really tarnishes the image of Greece, leaving us deeply disappointed.

I waited for a long time when picking up the car and had no idea where to go. The car they gave me was very old, having run nearly 160,000 kilometers. After multiple contacts through the rental platform, they refunded the excess mileage fee of €38, but the so-called €99 cleaning fee remains unreturned. The rental platform was powerless to help. This company, Modi, has seriously tarnished the image of Greek hospitality, leaving us deeply disappointed in Greece.

It needs to be clear that there is no one waiting for you outside. You need to exit and go to your right where the transit van waits for you. Also again the full to full doesn’t apply. Usually you return the car trying to get the right amount of gas… Generally speaking I would rent again from Abbycar BUT I would like the full to full to be applied. Very friendly staff!

If you don't buy their insurance, they treat you poorly!
The actual car was a Nissan Pulsar 1.2 CVT Energy Autom. Everything started smoothly, and the staff was very friendly. However, things went downhill when it came to recommending insurance! The rental staff were extremely persistent in trying to sell us insurance, saying that with 70 euros worth of insurance, we wouldn't have to worry about anything. They kept pushing us to reconsider. I thought we already bought full insurance on QEEQ, so there was no need to buy more. Plus, 70 euros is almost as much as the rental fee. Once they knew we weren't going to buy the insurance, their attitude changed immediately to being cold and indifferent. They even blocked over 1500 euros on our card! That's enough to buy a new car! We didn't think much of it at the time, took the keys, and went to inspect the car—assuming it would be fine. The rental staff reluctantly gave us the keys and told us to inspect the car ourselves, unwilling to accompany us (a stark contrast to Europcar). When I saw the car, I was shocked to see one of the tires was a spare! When I questioned the safety of using a spare tire, the rental staff became very impatient and dismissive, saying everything was fine. I had seen others rent cars with spare tires on Santorini, but they didn't drive on highways. I had to drive to Kalambaka and back, all on highways! In China, it's against traffic regulations to use a spare tire on the highway. Even though this is Greece, I had booked the car two months in advance; they shouldn't give me a car with a spare tire! I contacted QEEQ for help in mediating the situation. Their customer service was quite nice, but it was clear they had limited influence over the local rental company. Nevertheless, I appreciate their effort. Eventually, after much insistence from QEEQ and myself, they agreed to change the car. The replacement car was full of scratches and dents. Make sure to inspect such a car thoroughly, or you'll be charged for the damages when returning the car! Small scratches aside, I noticed a big scrape on the rear right side that wasn't documented, so I went back to report it. To my surprise, the staff completely ignored me and stormed out of the office! Fortunately, another staff member signed off on the scrape, acknowledging the damage. By the time we were finally ready to leave, an hour and a half had passed. Remember to avoid GoldCar and Rhodium! The insensitivity of the staff's attitude reset my baseline for poor service.

Goldcar rezervation employee pushed us to buy for additional insurance when we checked in. they said to us AXA insurance will not cover my rental days because they will not issue damage invoice when we had accident. Very basic car, with more than 35 ths Km, Nissan Pulsar is not similar with P 308. The cost of Insurance on site was much higher than I saw on your site and I paid almost double amount incl. Insurance. Besides I had troubles with rear wheels which loose presure every day.

Exit the airport and turn right to the parking lot where a shuttle bus marked 'Auto-Union' will pick you up. Check your order, and if everything is correct, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the car pickup point.

Very disorganized. I was not greeted at arrivals - had to call several times to get through. Was told they’d pick me up in 5 min, took 25min. Car fuel was literally on empty and not last eighth. After a while realized aircon was very poor, hardly any cold air but was too far away to return. Fuel cap faulty. If I see MAX I will stay away from it next time

I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

The worst car rental company. They don't even inspect the car during pickup, just hand you the keys and let you fetch the car from the parking lot. When returning the car, they blamed me for a tiny scratch and charged me 360 euros, which would cost no more than 100 yuan to fix in my country. I will never rent from them again.
