Excellent service. They gave me a brand-new BMW with manual transmission and even wished me a Happy New Year! Absolutely fantastic.

The car wasn't ready when I arrived to pick it up, and I had to wait for over an hour. Although they later compensated by offering an extra hour and were very polite, this is inconvenient for tourists on a tight schedule. The car should have been prepared in advance. Returning the car went very smoothly; they just inspected it briefly and completed the process quickly.

Excellent experience! The car was very new. Right after I picked up the car, someone returned the model I had originally reserved, probably because the previous renter returned it late.

The service was pretty good, but it took an hour to process my card payment, not sure why.
