The car was almost brand new with only about 10,000 km on it. Both pick-up and drop-off were easy to find, and the staff were professional and efficient.

They first gave us a manual car that was in pretty rough shape, but later that afternoon we went back to the branch and swapped it for a much better one. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service.

Picking up the car at Athens Airport was super quick and easy, and returning it was just as smooth.

They mentioned airport pickup, but it actually meant the service counter is inside the airport, while the actual car pickup requires a long walk, which is tiring and inconvenient. The Renault we got was a basic model without a backup radar or rear seat handles, making it less convenient to use. However, the overall service was still good.
