The car was very comfortable and very good on gas (hybrid) would definitely rent again...!
It was in good condition and it was a green upgrade from the MG ZX that I reserved!

The booking platform was awesome and simple and easy to use.
Loved the AI self reserve system to help me save money
Highly recommend
Overall, quite satisfied. Make sure to scan the QR code to queue as soon as you arrive at the store, otherwise you might have to wait for a long time. I stood at the store for five minutes before noticing the sign and ended up waiting 40 minutes to be served (you can also pay over 40 euros to skip the line).
When picking up the car, I was given a rental agreement, but it was blank with no damages marked. The staff said that all records were in the system. The actual mileage didn't quite match, but since I had unlimited mileage, I didn't worry about it. The counter staff only handed me the keys without accompanying me for a vehicle inspection. Therefore, I strongly suggest thoroughly inspecting the car and taking photos of any damages before driving off, as the staff will conduct a detailed inspection when you return the vehicle.
Also, if you're renting a 9-seater vehicle, make sure to confirm the vehicle's height. This is important for clearance limitations and to avoid issues with certain parking garages. Damage caused by height restrictions is not covered by insurance. When I rented the car, the staff didn’t inform me, nor was there any reminder inside the vehicle.
Overall, it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and suggested insurance, but it's totally fine if you don't want to buy it—they won't pressure you. The car pickup process was smooth, but I didn't get the T-Cross I booked; instead, it was an Opel. However, the car was quite new, with around 10,000 km on it, and it supported CarPlay.
Pretty good. They recommended insurance, but once they knew we had already purchased the highest coverage, they didn't insist. The pick-up and drop-off process was straightforward, without any hassle.
The main issue is that the car model didn’t match the reservation. It was an old, unidentified car in poor condition, completely inconsistent with the booked model.
We rented a T-Cross but were given the smaller Taigo instead. The full insurance from the rental company cost 820 euros, which was a bit expensive, but everything else was fine.
Never rent from this company!!! Car was nice but they gave no inspection at checkout and charged me for a 1/2cm scratch that could hardly be seen! The scratch was not caused by us as far as I know. Nobody went over the car at checkout. We did pics but a tiny scratch cannot be seen in the pics because it was so small. Terrible service and a total SCAM!
I was forced to purchase insurance. If I didn’t buy insurance, I couldn't pick up the car. Did I have any other choice? Should I have switched to another rental company? It was a last-minute situation. I had no option but to pay 660 euros to continue my trip. Besides, I couldn't rent another car elsewhere. Should I have given up the car for 660 euros? Would you compensate me for the hotel bookings, itinerary, and time I would have lost?
1. I specifically placed the order to rent an Alfa Romeo Tonale, and while I understand the possibility of receiving a similar car, the rental company didn’t even have an Alfa Romeo in their fleet. It feels deceptive to advertise a car they don’t actually have just to attract customers. 2. Despite me clearly informing them that I had already purchased insurance, they still spent three minutes persistently trying to convince me to buy insurance from their office, hinting that I might have to bear potential costs myself if I didn’t. 3. When returning the car, I admit I arrived just 3–5 minutes early, but due to long lines at the front desk, I ended up being slightly late. They charged me a €41 fee for this delay.
