Very good, it's a local car rental company. They provided a hybrid vehicle, which is quite fuel-efficient.

The car was brand new within one year, in excellent condition. Highly recommend this company if all your trips are within Italy because they have numerous service locations across the country, including two on Sicily—one in Palermo and one in Catania. It's advisable to purchase basic insurance through QEEQ and upgrade to the Silver Cover package at the rental desk during pickup. This package includes zero excess for damages and covers tires and glass. Returned the car at 9:22 AM, inspection took just 10 seconds, and the report was emailed within an hour—see attached image.

Pickup was on the 5th floor. They provided a hybrid car, which was fuel-efficient.
