Overall, it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and suggested insurance, but it's totally fine if you don't want to buy it—they won't pressure you. The car pickup process was smooth, but I didn't get the T-Cross I booked; instead, it was an Opel. However, the car was quite new, with around 10,000 km on it, and it supported CarPlay.
The service was very satisfying. Although the staff's English wasn't great, they explained things patiently. The entire process went smoothly with hardly any waiting time.
The rental company provided a car that was only 1,000 kilometers away from needing maintenance during a 14-day rental period, which caused significant inconvenience.
If you do online booking, they ask for security deposit 500 euros in rome airport while they say that they charge in security deposit if you do on counter booking and off hour car pickup is not easy while this issue should be addressed.

The staff was professional and efficient, the procedures were simple, and there was no upselling. The vehicle was very new, likely within a few months, and its condition was excellent.
Arrived at the counter, provided the order information and driving materials, and got the paperwork done quickly. They didn't ask you to buy their insurance. The service was excellent.
No upselling, smooth process, zero deposit required. The car was clean and easy to drive. We originally rented two T-Cross vehicles for 7 days but were upgraded to Skoda SUVs, which can fit 3 to 4 large suitcases. Full marks! Highly recommend this rental company!
