Picking up and returning the car was super convenient, and they even upgraded the car for free. Just waiting to confirm if there will be any unreasonable charges.

Overall everything was great. The only weird thing was they insisted the driver’s own VISA card had to be used, and wouldn’t accept my friend’s even though we were traveling together as a couple. Pretty rigid policy. Luckily I had a Mongolian VISA card on me, but I still lost some money on the exchange rate. QEEQ’s service was absolutely excellent.

Pick-up and drop-off were both really smooth and convenient, and there were no hidden charges at all. After landing I got a text asking me to complete an online check-in form, and once that was done the paperwork at the counter went super fast. The car was in decent condition too — not brand new, but clearly well maintained.

Front desk staff were super welcoming, pickup and return were easy, and they even upgraded me to a nicer SUV for free.
