ROME CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

The staff spoke solid English, so everything was easy to communicate.

Absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely book through QEEQ again next time. I reserved a car that was less than six months old, and when I went to pick it up I was surprised to see a brand-new BYD — the BYD SEAL 6 DM-i Touring (called BYD SEAL 6 DM-i Touring in the European market in Italy). It’s a plug-in hybrid wagon with only 25 km on the clock, super smooth to drive and I absolutely loved it!

Everything was great.

They set us up with a BYD and I was really happy with it—great on fuel, basically brand new, local rental company, full coverage through the rental, and the inspection was super smooth, they barely even checked the exterior.

Pretty decent overall.

Fantastic car rental experience – the staff were patient, efficient, and always ready to answer any questions.

Very efficient service – pick-up paperwork was done super fast, and there was no pressure to buy any add-ons.

The rental company’s service was excellent—they really tried their best to coordinate everything and sort out any issues.

We ran into a problem with the car halfway through the trip, but it was fixed really quickly!

Pickup and return were both really smooth—big companies really do make things easier.

Excellent service, really attentive and detail-oriented.

Pretty good overall, they even gave me a small upgrade when I picked up the car.

Pickup and drop-off were both pretty quick, no lines at all.

Overall pretty satisfied. They share the rental counter with National, the car was in great condition and fairly new, just really underpowered.

Return process was pretty quick and smooth.

Pickup and return were handled really quickly, but the fuel tank and gas usage reminders weren’t explained clearly, and the car had a few minor issues.

SICILY is great, this is my second time renting from them. I booked an Alfa Romeo but got a MG HZ instead, and it actually drove really well—smart features, even a fatigue alert system. I’d recommend just getting the full coverage at the rental desk; it’s about €100 more per day than QEEQ, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind: drop off the keys and you’re done.

Really great rental company, and they actually let you take the car over to Sicily.

Pretty good overall.

Pickup and drop-off were super straightforward. Just filled the tank, did the paperwork, and that was it—no pointless chatter. About 20 minutes later, the €200 deposit pre-authorisation was released.
