After comparing multiple options, we found that this company has received excellent reviews recently, and we definitely made the right choice! The lady who helped us with the car pickup process was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. Despite our poor English, she used a translation app with us and was very patient and enthusiastic. Her professionalism was outstanding, and there was no hard selling. If you need to rent a car, choose this company! We booked a manual car but ended up getting a Fiat 600 hybrid automatic.

We booked a Skoda Octavia, but ended up picking up a local station wagon whose name we couldn't identify.

The counter for processing car rental procedures is very efficient. The pickup is on the 4th floor, and the staff provided a detailed sheet marking all existing scratches on the car. The return process was also very efficient; the staff took a quick look and some photos to complete the inspection. Initially, I was worried they might nitpick, as reconfirming all pre-existing scratches could take some time, but this did not happen. I highly recommend this car rental company.

On the day of pickup, the computer system was down, leaving only one terminal operational. Waited in line for over an hour, but the service attitude was good. It was not a human error, so it's acceptable.

The car pickup experience was good, but the exchange process was disappointing. The fuel tank was not fully filled when picking up the car. Before returning the car, we refueled at a gas station about 40-50 kilometers from the highway exit, but the rental company claimed the fuel level was insufficient and wanted to charge 80 euros. We had to drive out again to refuel, which only cost 8 euros. Lesson learned: refuel closer to the city area before returning the car. Additionally, during the vehicle exchange, they inspected the headlights for damages and falsely accused us of using the wrong type of fuel. We argued strongly, and they eventually dropped the claim. Tips: Take a photo of the fuel gauge when picking up the car, and keep the fuel receipt for proof.

The vehicle was in great condition, clean and tidy, equipped with a 360-degree camera, and the return process was very convenient.

The rental company is large and easy to find near the airport. Both pickup and drop-off are quick, and payment with a regular Visa card works smoothly.

The car rental location is easy to find, and the staff are patient. They did not actively push insurance sales. I proactively purchased full insurance, but the insurance document was sent a bit slowly. I had to call them to get it sent.
