After comparing multiple options, we found that this company has received excellent reviews recently, and we definitely made the right choice! The lady who helped us with the car pickup process was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. Despite our poor English, she used a translation app with us and was very patient and enthusiastic. Her professionalism was outstanding, and there was no hard selling. If you need to rent a car, choose this company! We booked a manual car but ended up getting a Fiat 600 hybrid automatic.

Overall, the car rental process was good. However, the store said they had no cars available when we picked up, and we waited outside for an hour.

The service is acceptable, but the price is quite high—full insurance costs €45 per day.

The car was very good, relatively new and there were no issues with its performance. During the rental process, they suggested we buy insurance, but we informed them that we had already purchased full coverage through QEEQ. Additionally, we had to wait for quite some time; the efficiency of the staff could be improved.
