The car was very comfortable and very good on gas (hybrid) would definitely rent again...!
It was in good condition and it was a green upgrade from the MG ZX that I reserved!

The front desk staff had a good attitude, and the online check-in was completed within 10 minutes. However, I booked an Audi A6 Avant and ended up with a Ford Kuga SUV at pick-up, which is not on the same level. At the very least, it didn’t even have electric seat adjustment. Thankfully, this car is a hybrid, offering a surprising level of fuel efficiency. Perhaps this is just how Europeans do business. Overall, it was acceptable.
When changing cars, they insisted there were scratches on the underside of the front bumper, but we didn't experience any collisions, so how could there be scratches? They asked us to provide videos or photos from the car pickup, but we had checked the car's exterior thoroughly at the time and didn’t think to examine the underside. We trusted the rental company, so we didn’t inspect that closely.
When we arrived to pick up the car, the one we reserved was not available—it didn't even exist. They immediately offered us two options: one very small car that wasn't even the same class we booked, or another within the same class but requiring an additional fee of 40 euros per day. After persistent negotiation and contacting the rental company, they reluctantly agreed to provide a car. Secondly, when I extended the rental for one more day, they insisted I buy an extra day of insurance. I explained that I already had full coverage, but they ignored me and threatened to deny me the car. They even froze 3000 euros on my credit card, warning that they would immediately deduct any damages. After further back-and-forth with the rental company, they eventually gave me the car, but the process took an hour. It was a frustrating experience—without prior rental experience, someone less prepared might have been forced to pay all the extra charges.

They said if I wanted the Ford car, I would need to pay an extra €40 per day. I refused and immediately contacted the rental platform. The platform negotiated with them, but they ignored us. After persistently reasoning with them, they finally agreed to give me the car. Additionally, I extended the rental by one more day. When picking up the car, they insisted I buy their insurance, even though I had already purchased one. They ignored me again, and after my persistent efforts, they charged my credit card with a €3000 credit limit, threatening to deduct it directly if there were any damages. Their attitude was very bad. I recommend everyone avoid renting from this company in the future.
Never rent from this company!!! Car was nice but they gave no inspection at checkout and charged me for a 1/2cm scratch that could hardly be seen! The scratch was not caused by us as far as I know. Nobody went over the car at checkout. We did pics but a tiny scratch cannot be seen in the pics because it was so small. Terrible service and a total SCAM!
The overall experience was quite poor. First, the car provided was not the model indicated during booking. Second, the rental company aggressively pushed for full insurance. Moreover, we had to pay extra for a car model we initially selected as a possible option during booking.
I would have been happier had we received the car we had ordered. But as mentioned, it all worked out well in the end. The counter customer staff was all hard sell on the extra insurance, though, and I practically has to be rude to get away from them.
