NOLEGGIARE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Everything was great.

Service was professional and well organized, just the pickup spot is a bit far.

No hard selling at all, the shuttle to the rental lot was really convenient, return was straightforward with no tricks, the inspection was quick and the deposit came back fast too.

The company's service is excellent, and the process is straightforward.

The staff at the pickup counter were super nice. Their English accent was a bit strong, but there was zero hard-selling. I actually asked to add the Gold insurance myself—€75 for 3 days—so I don’t have to stress about minor scratches or dents. When renting a car abroad, it’s better to drive carefully anyway, and getting insurance at the counter is way easier than dealing with QEEQ claims after you’re back home.

They even wrote everything out for us on a sheet of paper, going through each point like insurance coverage, fuel type, return time, and how much free delay was allowed. Our English isn’t great, but the way they explained it was really clear and easy to understand.

I always use their big chain brand, it feels more reliable and it's pretty good.

Very satisfied, both pick-up and drop-off were smooth.

Pros: The car was basically brand new, just over 7,000 km, and it drove great. It was the latest model too. My booking was for 10am, but when I showed up at 7 they offered an upgrade to a bigger car for an extra fee. After talking it through I decided to wait until 10am. Overall the service was excellent, in Milan, Italy.

Their English was excellent and they were really polite.

Super satisfied with the whole experience.

The location was really easy to find.

Great service and very smooth pickup. They did try to upsell some insurance at the counter, but once I told them I’d already bought full coverage on QEEQ, they stopped pushing it. Car inspection at drop-off was quick and efficient.

Really good overall.

The service is excellent when purchasing full insurance.

Overall pretty happy with the experience, nowhere near as bad as some online reviews say. I even left something in the car when returning it and the staff quickly helped me find it.

Pretty good overall.

Attentive and friendly service

Super convenient overall.
