Service was professional and well organized, just the pickup spot is a bit far.

Super convenient right at the airport.

We had to change our drop-off location at the last minute and paid an extra 150 euros. Overall the whole process was smooth. Because we changed the return point, they checked the car really thoroughly, but luckily I’d taken photos of the car’s condition beforehand, so everything was cleared up quickly.

Everything went really smoothly with this rental. The branch is outside the airport, so once you land you just wait at the designated spot and they pick you up. I booked the cheapest Polo but they gave us a BYD ATTO 2 DM-i instead, a compact SUV that was super easy to drive and nicely equipped. We drove through the Dolomites and the mountain areas in Austria with no issues at all. On site we only had to pay a €96 cross-border fee, no other hidden charges. We’ve already returned the car; there’s a €950 deposit pending and we’re just not sure how long it will take to get it back.

Buses run really frequently, so there’s no need to call. Just go to gate 17 on the departures level and hop on the black ParkinGO minivan—they come about every 5 minutes.

Pickup was easy, drop-off was super quick, overall a pretty smooth experience.

Overall pretty happy with the experience, nowhere near as bad as some online reviews say. I even left something in the car when returning it and the staff quickly helped me find it.

The shuttle was really convenient—just head to Gate 17 on the second floor, and there was no line at the counter. The Seal U is basically the same as the Qin back home, a hybrid, but honestly it’s not fuel‑efficient at all. I’d recommend going with a smaller car instead.
