Overall pretty happy, but the replacement car had a much smaller trunk and we almost couldn’t fit our two suitcases. It would be great if they could ask about luggage size in advance!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, returning the car was easy even though there were quite a lot of people in line.

Showed up about half an hour early to do the paperwork and pick up the car, only to be told the model I booked wasn’t available. Ended up paying an extra €143 for 9 days and got a BYD compact hybrid SUV instead. Added a second driver at €10.76 per day. Asked about insurance and, since I’d already bought QEEQ’s full coverage, they didn’t try to upsell anything. They just handed over the keys and I had to walk to another parking area to find the car myself and take photos of its condition as QEEQ requires. For drop-off at Milan airport, I just dropped the keys and left. Got the invoice by email the next day, and the €500 deposit was released in about 48 hours. They only asked for my driver’s license and the Hague Apostille document.

We were renting a car to go skiing, so we proactively asked for snow tires just in case. After some bargaining, the price dropped from €70 a day to €36 a day. The full deposit was refunded two days after we returned the car.

Overall pretty good, no major issues at all.

Everything was great overall. The staff did try to upsell their full insurance, but once I politely declined, there were no issues at all. Just remember to follow the QEEQ inspection steps carefully when picking up the car and keep a good record.

The staff at the rental company were easy to communicate with, and both picking up and dropping off the car went smoothly. They said the deposit would be refunded within 5-6 days, but I’m still waiting to see.

Pickup and return were very convenient. I purchased full insurance, so there were no worries when returning the car—just left the keys and walked away. However, the hybrid CX60 was extremely hard to drive without electricity. Also, the left front tire was underinflated when picking up the car, and I couldn't locate the puncture on-site. The store staff fully inflated it, and I drove off. Two days later, the pressure dropped to 1 bar, and I quickly found a roadside repair shop. Turns out, there was a nail in the tire from the start. I had to pay 30 euros for the tire repair myself.

I originally booked a VW T-Cross, but they upgraded me to a Ford wagon, and I was really happy with the car’s condition.
