There were quite a lot of people during peak hours when picking up the car, but overall everything was orderly. Returning the car was very quick; they just checked the fuel charges and whether there were any damages. After signing, it was done. The expected deposit of 500 will be refunded around 7 days. I was upgraded to a larger car, but honestly, the roads in Italy, especially in the mountains and along the coast, are very narrow. A compact car feels more convenient in such situations! Recommended.

The €500 deposit was not refunded; the rental company is deceptive! We had already informed them verbally about cross-border travel when signing the contract, and it was noted in the order.
