CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON SICILY BY CAR IN MILAN

Pretty good!

The blond guy who helped us was awesome—straightforward, no nonsense, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Really great service.

This car rental company provides professional service and great value for money. I will choose them again next time!

Pretty good

Very satisfied

If you’ve already booked the full insurance package online, they really don’t try to upsell you anything at the counter.

They did try to upsell a bit, but nothing pushy or uncomfortable.

The car pickup was delayed by over 3 hours, but they upgraded our car model.

Pretty good overall.

Pretty good overall.

Super easy rental process and the car was very simple to drive—though next time I’ll definitely go for an automatic.

The car was in great condition and the service was really satisfying.

The car rental process was efficient, with no insurance upselling or unnecessary troubles, completed in just 5 minutes. Although I was given a car with multiple scratches, the return process was simple—just a quick check and signature to confirm, and the deposit was refunded instantly.

Really good overall.

After they checked my booking details, the staff just briefly asked if I wanted any extra insurance, no hard selling at all. Then they handed me the keys and the pickup slip, explained the basics, and the whole process took barely ten minutes.

Really good overall – pickup was easy and the car was clean and comfortable.

I booked a Peugeot 3008 but got an MG ZS instead. The car felt a bit small; fitting two 28-inch and one 24-inch suitcases was a bit tight, especially since my non-standard luggage is wider than usual (standard ones might fit lying down). Finding the car was straightforward, and returning it was also easy if you prepared well. We were over 20 minutes late returning the car, but there was no extra charge. There were no pushy sales tactics, the return inspection took only three minutes, and the process went smoothly. It's been over ten days since we returned home, and the deposit hasn't been charged, so overall, it was a pretty good experience.

It seems to be a local Italian car rental company with very high ratings. The actual service was indeed excellent. The staff checking the car during return was very enthusiastic and completed the inspection quickly, allowing customers to return the car promptly.

Staff were really friendly and it was super easy to find.

Pretty good, pick-up was really quick.
