The car pickup location and the store in Milan are in two different places, quite far apart! Carrying luggage and walking was exhausting; it took at least half an hour.

Finding the car was straightforward, and returning it was also easy if you prepared well. We were over 20 minutes late returning the car, but there was no extra charge. There were no pushy sales tactics, the return inspection took only three minutes, and the process went smoothly. It's been over ten days since we returned home, and the deposit hasn't been charged, so overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I saw online that some people mentioned this company aggressively promotes insurance, but luckily, I didn't experience any of that. During the entire rental process, they didn't push anything on me. I simply told them I had purchased full insurance through the platform. They even upgraded my car to a Volkswagen T-Cross. When returning the car, make sure to follow the GPS directions; otherwise, it's easy to miss the correct route. However, even if you make a wrong turn, Google Maps will guide you back in about five minutes, so there's no need to worry. There's a gas station near the return location, so refueling is convenient. Finally, when you arrive at the drop-off point and park the car in the designated spot, the staff will come over to inspect the car. After that, you'll just need to sign, and the process is done. Within about fifteen minutes, the pre-authorized deposit was returned to me. Overall, this car rental experience was fantastic!

It seems to be a local Italian car rental company with very high ratings. The actual service was indeed excellent. The staff checking the car during return was very enthusiastic and completed the inspection quickly, allowing customers to return the car promptly.
