Carefully check in absolute details your vehicle conditions upon pickup, as at the return they will look for ANY paint scratch which was not documented. They did find very light scratches made by vegetation on the car which hard to spot and not noted on the original contract, luckily I had pictures of all the car body parts and could show them it was present. I suggest you heavily document the car condition using the same method, they have little leniency on ANY damage

I didn't find a gas station near the airport, so I returned the car with two fuel bars empty, thinking they would just deduct it from the deposit. We originally booked pickup and drop-off at 10 AM, but we arrived earlier after clearing customs and went to the rental store. After communicating with the staff, they allowed us to pick up the car at 9 AM and return it at 9 AM. Although we reserved a Peugeot 3008, they gave us a SEAT instead. The car had enough space—it fit a 30-inch suitcase, two 20-inch suitcases, three carry-on bags, and a large carton, which was quite impressive. Last year, we rented a 3008 and were given a 308. My husband, who was the driver, said the SEAT felt less powerful compared to the 308. The car was quite new, with only around 8,000 kilometers on it. It was a gasoline vehicle and consumed more fuel, but everything else was fine. We purchased full insurance separately, which cost 535 euros for 10 days. It was expensive, but it gave us peace of mind.

I saw online that some people mentioned this company aggressively promotes insurance, but luckily, I didn't experience any of that. During the entire rental process, they didn't push anything on me. I simply told them I had purchased full insurance through the platform. They even upgraded my car to a Volkswagen T-Cross. When returning the car, make sure to follow the GPS directions; otherwise, it's easy to miss the correct route. However, even if you make a wrong turn, Google Maps will guide you back in about five minutes, so there's no need to worry. There's a gas station near the return location, so refueling is convenient. Finally, when you arrive at the drop-off point and park the car in the designated spot, the staff will come over to inspect the car. After that, you'll just need to sign, and the process is done. Within about fifteen minutes, the pre-authorized deposit was returned to me. Overall, this car rental experience was fantastic!

I booked a Peugeot 3008 but got an MG ZS instead. The car felt a bit small; fitting two 28-inch and one 24-inch suitcases was a bit tight, especially since my non-standard luggage is wider than usual (standard ones might fit lying down). Finding the car was straightforward, and returning it was also easy if you prepared well. We were over 20 minutes late returning the car, but there was no extra charge. There were no pushy sales tactics, the return inspection took only three minutes, and the process went smoothly.
