Instead of a Toyota Aygo X, a Fiat Panda was provided for rent, which is a completely different car. The Fiat Panda (hybrid) had low mileage but the whole body (especially the roof) was damaged. The windscreen washer tank was empty. I asked at the counter for a change of car and was ready to pay extra, but it was ultimately refused. The reason given was that there were no other cars available for hire. An employee of the rental company told me in a harsh manner that the only alternative for me was to cancel the rental and contact Customer Support. I was forced to accept a Fiat Panda, whose only advantage was its relatively low fuel consumption.

It was okay, but the credit card requirements were too strict. I tried two cards and neither worked, so I was forced to pay 100 euros for insurance. This experience was very unpleasant. I was using an international Mastercard, but it still didn't go through, which ended up costing me an extra 800 yuan. The insurance wasn't pushed aggressively, but they switched the car I had booked without explanation, saying the original car wasn't available. Choosing a specific model turned out pointless.

There is a common issue with car rental companies abroad nowadays. If you purchase insurance through the platform, they won't force you to buy additional insurance, but they charge a very high deposit. This is not just with this company; I have noticed the same issue with several others. This company, however, has an additional issue: they charge a €36 cleaning fee if the car interior is a bit dirty upon return. This is the first time I've encountered this, and it doesn't feel great. Everything else is fine, though.
