T2: Once you have collected your luggage, make your way to the parking area situated in front of the departure terminal building that you will see on your right hand side by the BPM Bank ATM . had to wait for the pick-up shuttle to go and drop one pack of customers as they only had one van for transfer; at the counter we were assisted based on who was supposed to get the car next (rental hour) and not based on who got there first, there were people who got there on time (like us) and had to wait in line for people who came after their pick-up time and after them.. amazing! when returning the car, I had a small wheel scratch and that was OK, no comment, told him to give me the documents and invoice so I can talk to my insurance but there wasn't much professionalism and the guy was behaving as if I broke his car (it had a big dent on one side, scratched from poor parking and not the cleanest either - when picked up)

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.

Overall, the experience was good. The reserved Ford Focus was unavailable, and they upgraded us for free to a BYD Song SUV. There wasn't much upselling at the store when picking up the car, and the return process was smooth—they refunded the deposit and prepaid fuel fee. The only downside was probably because not many people book with them at Milan Airport. The shuttle bus doesn't run on a loop; it's dispatched based on your reservation time. Our flight arrived early, and we got our luggage quickly, but we waited 45 minutes without seeing the shuttle. Plus, there's no way to contact the store directly—you can only call customer service and wait for manual transfer. It took several attempts to reach them, but after talking to customer service, the shuttle arrived promptly. I recommend calling customer service as soon as you arrive instead of waiting aimlessly for the shuttle.

It's best to call the rental company after reaching the airport shuttle drop-off point. They do have promotional services, but you can decline them. Returning the car was very quick. Overall, it's pretty good!

We picked up the car near Gate 17 in the departure hall. It was a yellow car and very easy to spot. I made a phone call, but it was in Italian, which I couldn't understand. Fortunately, the yellow car arrived quickly, and we only waited for 10 minutes. During pickup, they tried to sell us insurance, but I declined, and there was no issue. The car was very clean and worked perfectly. We had booked a Ford, but were given a Citroën instead.

The car was pretty new and really smooth to drive. Huge shoutout to the staff member who did the final check for us at Termini. When he saw the scratch on the rim from hitting the curb and just waved it off like it was nothing, he instantly became the most handsome man in all of Italy in my eyes. We didn’t get our full deposit back in the end though, probably because we returned the car late and the fuel was still about 100 km short of a full tank.

Small local rental company – if you’re hoping for a free upgrade, this isn’t the place, their lot only has cars in the same class. We booked a Tiguan (or similar) and even though there were several Tiguans still in the lot, they gave us a Hyundai Tucson instead, so I seriously doubt they pay attention to the exact model on the booking. That said, the car itself was almost brand new, a 2025 model with ACC, lane-keeping and other features, so it was great to drive on the highway. Before returning the car we spent €5 at a self-service wash just to rinse off the exterior, and even though we didn’t fill the tank all the way until it clicked, it was at about 92% and they still refunded the fuel deposit without any issues.

The shuttle was really convenient—just head to Gate 17 on the second floor, and there was no line at the counter. The Seal U is basically the same as the Qin back home, a hybrid, but honestly it’s not fuel‑efficient at all. I’d recommend going with a smaller car instead.
