The OK Mobility - Ok Mxp car rental location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Ok Mxp car rental.

T1: From the baggage claim point, reach one of the two elevators (5 or 9) locatedbetween arrivals A and B. Go down to floor –1 (Car Hire and Train Station). Once you reach the –1 floor, reach the second car rental hall through the sliding doors. After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your right. T2: Once you reach Arrivals, follow the signs for: GET TO MILAN BY TRAIN. Exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the road following:AIRPORT BUS Terminal 1. Turn right and wait: SHUTTLE BUS T1-T2. Once you arrive at Terminal 1, go past the trainticket office. Go through the tunnel following the Car Hire direction. After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your left.

Drop-off Instructions

Arriving from Milan: On the SS36dir motorway, take the exit "Malpensa Terminal 1". Enter the roundabout.Take the second exit "Autonoleggi – Car Hire". Enter the roundabout and take the third exit "Car Return – Hotel – P3". Straight on, after entrance to Hotel Sheraton, turn right to "Car Return" Parking B, following the directions to OK Mobility. Once inside the building, reach the opposit side where you find the OK Mobilitydesks.

When picking up the car, the staff wouldn’t accept the QEEQ booklet as a valid license. In the end, they only released the car after I showed a notarized document with a Hague Apostille. Everything else was fine, but if you’re booking with this company, make sure your documents will actually be accepted at pickup.

They didn’t push any extra insurance at all, but for peace of mind I still asked about it at the counter and ended up taking their full coverage for about €300. Not sure if it’s because I bought the insurance, but they “upgraded” my car (though personally I felt it was actually a downgrade). When I returned the car, the highway to Milan was jammed and I ended up more than an hour late. They didn’t charge any extra fees, didn’t even inspect the car – I just handed over the keys and that was it. (Maybe that was also covered by the insurance.)
