We picked up the car near Gate 17 in the departure hall. It was a yellow car and very easy to spot. I made a phone call, but it was in Italian, which I couldn't understand. Fortunately, the yellow car arrived quickly, and we only waited for 10 minutes. During pickup, they tried to sell us insurance, but I declined, and there was no issue. The car was very clean and worked perfectly. We had booked a Ford, but were given a Citroën instead.

Very convenient, and returning the car was hassle-free! For self-driving abroad, it's recommended to buy comprehensive insurance for peace of mind!
