Good service the only inconvenient was the drop off not clearly reported

I booked a Peugeot 3008 but got an MG ZS instead. The car felt a bit small; fitting two 28-inch and one 24-inch suitcases was a bit tight, especially since my non-standard luggage is wider than usual (standard ones might fit lying down). Finding the car was straightforward, and returning it was also easy if you prepared well. We were over 20 minutes late returning the car, but there was no extra charge. There were no pushy sales tactics, the return inspection took only three minutes, and the process went smoothly. It's been over ten days since we returned home, and the deposit hasn't been charged, so overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Very satisfied. There weren't many people when we arrived. Although the rental process took about 20 minutes, the return process was very quick.

The price is reasonable, overall quite satisfactory.
