Overall efficiency was fine, but they sometimes rent out cars that were already reserved, which is frustrating.

The rental car company's staff were very friendly, highly skilled, and efficient. However, the car I received had a three-cylinder engine with low power. It was slow to accelerate on the highway and nearly stalled on inclines, which was a bit nerve-wracking.

Before picking up the car, I checked the store's reviews and saw many negative comments. It was indeed worrying, but fortunately, the car rental and return process went smoothly this time.
