No me dieron un coche del segmento contratado (habia pedido un SUV y me dieron un compacto familiar); tampoco reclame otro vehiculo. La atencion en el mostrador fue muy buena. Pese a aportar el seguro del coche que choco con el nuestro cuando estaba aparcado tuve que abonar el coste estimado de la reparacion.

Rented cars multiple times in Europe, and this was the most disappointing experience. Avoid renting from this company at all costs! We rented two cars without glass insurance, and during the return process, there was a tiny scratch on the windshield, smaller than a grain of rice. You could hardly notice it, but the inspector spotted it immediately, which felt very suspicious as if they were intentionally looking for it. They ended up charging us 180 Euros. Absolutely do not rent from them—such a scam!

Unfairly charged 700 euros, claiming there was a small dent on the rear bumper. If it was a newly caused damage, there should be mud or paint marks. During the driving process, there was absolutely no instance of reversing into anything.

Terrible service. The small window was shattered, and I suspect it was their own doing. The only time I skipped full insurance, and they demanded a ridiculous compensation of 471 euros. Absolutely insane. Terrible car rental company and terrible experience in Italy!

Avoid choosing this car rental company at all costs! Upon arrival, they forced me to buy local insurance. They charged my credit card without authorization and refused to refund. The car they provided also had issues, breaking down multiple times on the road. This pink car rental company is an unscrupulous business that makes money solely from selling insurance.

This was my first time renting a car abroad, so to be cautious, I chose to pay at the counter. Fortunately, the staff had a good attitude! Picking up the car was smooth overall. However, the waiting time was quite long—regardless of having a reservation, you still need to pick a number onsite and wait in line, which took about an hour before it was my turn. This is why I deducted one point. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the car matched the model I reserved, and it was barely a year old with just 10,000 kilometers on it—lucky me! The driving experience was excellent overall, with ample power and convenient navigation using wireless CarPlay. At the end, I refueled near the airport and returned the car; all I had to do was hand the keys to the staff in the parking garage and sign the confirmation, then I was good to go. Overall, it was a great experience.
