The overall service was excellent and highly efficient. There was no forced promotion of insurance or hidden charges. The pickup and return process was very quick, and the car was great. I rented a Citroën C5, which was particularly enjoyable to drive. The vehicle was in excellent condition and had undergone thorough cleaning, making the ride comfortable and pleasant. Fantastic experience!

The pickup and return procedures at the store were very formal, there were no hidden charges, the staff were very friendly, and they even upgraded the vehicle to a Fiat 500 small SUV.

Called and was picked up within ten minutes. The paperwork and car collection were quick.

Overall service was okay. The only bad thing was that we were given a new car (0 kilometers driven), but it came with an empty tank (virtually no fuel). We had to fill it up right after picking it up and then again before returning it. QEEQ is currently negotiating with the rental company about this issue and we are still awaiting the outcome. Returning the car with the same fuel level is nearly impossible (who can drive until the tank is completely empty?).
