The model is a Fiat Panda, the vehicle is in excellent condition with approximately 14,000 kilometers driven. Comfortable to drive, the trunk fits a 28-inch suitcase. Returning the car was very smooth as well. Truly a big company with a reputable brand, highly trustworthy.

Good service

Service was decent overall, but the VW T-Cross I originally booked got swapped for a Fiat 600. That car felt really light and floaty to drive, which I didn’t love, but everything else was fine.

The whole pick-up and drop-off process was super smooth, I’d definitely book with them again next time.

They gave us a really new car with only about 8,000 km on it, no upselling at all, and the return process was super quick.

They even wrote everything out for us on a sheet of paper, going through each point like insurance coverage, fuel type, return time, and how much free delay was allowed. Our English isn’t great, but the way they explained it was really clear and easy to understand.

Pickup was convenient, but the fuel tank wasn't full. I forgot to take a photo, so I refilled it before returning the car. Also, the car didn't have windshield washer fluid, but thankfully, I didn't need it during the trip.

The staff provided excellent service. There was a strike in Florence that day, so we waited in line a bit longer, but the staff had a great attitude and even worked overtime for over half an hour. Returning the car at Rome Airport was also incredibly smooth.

The rental process was super quick and professional. They handled everything in English the whole time. As long as you’ve got your driver’s license, the little paper permit, and a physical credit card ready, you’ll be done in no time—and the car I got was pretty new too.

I booked a Corsa with full insurance from the rental company, but the Corsa wasn't available. They upgraded me for free to a hybrid MG SUV, a domestic car that's quite fuel-efficient. It was a new car with just over 10,000 kilometers total mileage. When picking up the car, they briefly tried to sell road assistance insurance, but when I declined, their attitude remained polite. The process of completing the paperwork and picking up the car was about 600-700 meters apart, and they provided clear instructions which made it fairly easy to find. During drop-off, they mentioned that since I had full insurance, there was no need for vehicle inspection—just hand over the keys and leave. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

They didn’t have the exact model I originally booked that day, so they gave me a Jeep Compass instead. The car was in really good shape and very clean. The front desk staff’s English wasn’t great and the accent was quite strong, but it was still basically okay to communicate. I had already bought extra insurance through Zuzuche, and they didn’t try to upsell anything. When returning the car, I just handed over the keys and they didn’t do any inspection on the spot, but the deposit was refunded pretty quickly afterwards. Not doing a walkthrough on return does feel a bit risky though—if something comes up later and they want to charge you, it’s hard to argue. Overall they seemed like nice people, just maybe not the most thorough in how they handle things…

Really friendly staff and super fast pick-up. They just asked if I already had insurance and didn’t try to hard-sell their own. I’d originally booked a VW T-Roc, but they first gave me an EV. I wasn’t happy with that, asked for a petrol car instead, and they immediately switched it to a Volvo XC60 that was basically brand new. Drove really comfortably. We returned the car after 10 pm; the desk told us they have staff there until 11 pm, and if no one’s around you can just drop the key in the box by their office door. Drop-off was smooth and hassle-free.
