The process to get the car took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was very friendly and didn't try to upsell any services. The return process was simple and quick. After returning the car, the staff even helped us call a taxi. They were extremely kind.
We navigated to the pickup location using the store address ourselves. There was a no-entry sign on the way to the Venice drop-off location, so we called the car rental company for assistance. It turned out that their vehicles are allowed to pass.
