It was a great experience. The store is near the airport, and the staff explained things clearly. They recommended insurance, but you can choose not to buy it—there's no forced purchase. The vehicle comes with an HGS system.

Where is the service? When picking up the car, I waited at the airport terminal for an hour. When the staff arrived, they acted like I owed them $200. The fuel gauge clearly showed less than half a tank, but they used a pen to mark the fuel level as being higher. After paying, I didn’t double-check the photos, and they later added numbers and redrew the fuel level mark as seen in the picture—pure fraud. When returning the car, I arrived early and got criticized for it. They even threatened that I couldn’t park the car at the return spot and insisted on a hand-to-hand handover. The car was used normally, but when I returned it, the automatic door was broken. Honestly, you have to stay vigilant while dealing with them; it’s like they’re targeting your wallet and want to rip it apart. Very bad experience.

The entire Turkey trip was enjoyable, but the only unpleasant experience was with this car rental company. The pickup location was not at Terminal D, and it took a long time to find it. They kept pushing me to buy insurance and were extremely unprofessional.

The pickup and car exchange went smoothly. I paid a little extra to switch to a BMW 120. The car was manufactured in December 2024 and is very new with excellent condition.
