Super satisfied with the whole experience.

Super happy with this rental. They gave us a nearly brand‑new car with just 1,036 km on it. The paperwork was quick and easy—everything done in under 20 minutes. Really loved the whole experience.

Absolutely perfect.

The rental counter is right at the airport, and with the QEEQ directions it was super easy to find.

Everything went super smoothly! The staff at the store were incredibly friendly, there were absolutely no hidden fees, and none of the horror stories I’d seen online happened to me at all. I even extended the rental by one extra day at the last minute and returning the car was a breeze.

Pick-up and return were really smooth. They offered different car options based on what we needed and didn’t try to charge extra.

Super happy overall – the car was great in every way, just felt a tiny bit underpowered.

Service was pretty standard, nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

Absolutely awesome—no lines, they even helped us hook up our phone to the car system and set up the music. Drop-off was super relaxed, they barely checked anything, no strict fuel rules, zero hard selling. The best views are definitely along the road, so I highly recommend them.

Overall pretty happy with the whole experience, and returning the car was super easy. When you travel, please follow the local rules and be respectful so we leave a good impression for people coming after us. Also, avoid renting from add – when I rented from them later, their staff made some discriminatory comments about Chinese customers, so I really think we should all boycott them.

The car was really new and even had CarPlay, which was a nice bonus.

The car’s AdBlue was almost empty so the warning popped up as soon as I started driving. On top of that, the tire fault light kept coming on and I even had to swap cars halfway, which messed up one full day of my trip. That said, they did handle everything pretty quickly overall.

Picked up the car at Izmir airport. The staff’s English was pretty poor so it was hard to communicate, and they didn’t really explain how to get to the car or give us any kind of map. The car itself was great to drive, and even when we had a small accident later on, the whole process was handled quite smoothly. Dropping off at Antalya airport was a hassle though—the rent-a-car parking area was really hard to find, the signs weren’t clear at all, and we spent a long time looking for it.

The whole process was super quick with zero pushy upselling – I was the one who asked to add extra insurance. Best part is the price: the base rate already includes full coverage from the rental company, and it’s way cheaper than the big international brands, plus the car was in good condition.

They didn’t have the exact model I’d booked, so they upgraded me one level for free. The car was really new and super clean, and it was a pleasure to drive.

Both pickup and return were super quick and hassle-free.
