Fast pickup and return process

Everything else was fine, but they tried to overcharge us for the highway toll at the end and only corrected it when we kept insisting on seeing the bill.

Landed at around 9 AM local time to pick up the car, waited for 10 minutes but didn't see any staff. Subsequent car pick-up and usage went smoothly, and the car inspection was thorough. The car's condition was average; the steering wheel was misaligned, likely due to a previous accident. The diesel car was fuel-efficient, which was quite satisfying.

The car rental company is not located at the airport. After exiting the airport, I called the company and arranged to wait at the Starbucks entrance. The staff drove over to pick me up, though the wait time was a bit long. Everything else was fine, and communication went smoothly. The vehicle pickup and inspection process at the store was quick and straightforward. For pickup, all they required were a credit card (non-UnionPay), a passport, and a driver's license translation. They didn’t even check the original driver's license, which I forgot to bring. I was initially prepared for an argument but ended up not needing it at all. For those worried about forgetting their license, there’s no need to stress. The car wasn’t provided with a full tank of gas, so just return it with the same level you received.

The car rental company was excellent and straightforward to deal with. The car provided was very new and equipped with CarPlay and Android Auto. However, it required waiting for the company's shuttle service.

They actually gave us the Cross version, which was a nice surprise. Really happy they didn’t try to push any extra insurance. After returning the car we needed a ride back to our hotel/airport and they very readily drove us back, even though it was a few kilometers away.

Initially, I thought car rental companies without storefronts at the airport might not be reliable, but that's not the case. That area has multiple car rental companies.
