The car rental company is not located at the airport. After exiting the airport, I called the company and arranged to wait at the Starbucks entrance. The staff drove over to pick me up, though the wait time was a bit long. Everything else was fine, and communication went smoothly. The vehicle pickup and inspection process at the store was quick and straightforward. For pickup, all they required were a credit card (non-UnionPay), a passport, and a driver's license translation. They didn’t even check the original driver's license, which I forgot to bring. I was initially prepared for an argument but ended up not needing it at all. For those worried about forgetting their license, there’s no need to stress. The car wasn’t provided with a full tank of gas, so just return it with the same level you received.

Both the QEEQ platform and Cizgi rental company were exceptionally satisfactory. I picked up the car at Antalya Airport in Turkey and returned it at Izmir Airport, which was very convenient. I originally booked a Citroën C5 Aircross but was provided with a Peugeot 3008 diesel car from the same category. The vehicle was very new, in excellent condition, had strong performance, and was fuel-efficient! Returning the car in a different location was also very convenient!

Had to wait nearly half an hour to pick up the car, but everything else was fine. Added extra insurance at pick-up, included a second driver, and upgraded the car model, which cost an additional 200+ per day. It's still better to buy full insurance in advance on QEEQ. Car replacement was very convenient, and the vehicle condition was good.

Overall, it was quite satisfactory. The car was relatively new with just over 10,000 kilometers on it. However, there are two points to note: first, the deposit is not a pre-authorization but a direct charge; second, when returning the car, they required me to provide photos of the damage for them to acknowledge it was pre-existing. Luckily, I had taken pictures when picking up the car, otherwise, who knows what could have happened.

The staff quickly located the reservation using the name provided. They may try to upsell insurance and require proof of additional insurance coverage. You need to provide the rental agreement, specifically the section explaining the insurance coverage, before they accept it. Additionally, you'll need to sign a declaration stating you haven't opted for the company's extra insurance coverage. Once completed, you're ready to pick up the car!

I booked a Mercedes but they did not have one. I was given a Renault instead. If I knew that they did not have a Mercedes I would have booked a smaller cheaper car. Also as I pucked up the car at Antalya airport and returned it at Izmir airport I was not familiar with the drop off location. Communication with helpdesk was difficult due to their proficiency in English. They could have provided a map during pickup as to where the car drop off location is. I spent half hour just looking for it

I booked a package for an Audi A3 auto. However they charged me more because it wasn't available and gave me a Renault capture. Which is a lower classed vehicle. They also did the same with the lady in front of us who came off the same flight. Which shows that for commission they are cheating the customers.

It did not exceed my expectations as I booked an estate vehicle but the car I received was a cross over SUV which has a small/medium boot but I needed a large boot. I was told they accepted American Express for the deposit which they didn’t accept on arrival and I paid an additional £165 on top of the rental agreement to cover the fact that they told me they do not accept Amex upon arrival

The pick-up and drop-off were easy, and the car was in good condition. However, they didn't accept AXA insurance and sold me their insurance, saying, "My car, my insurance" I asked QEEQ to cancel AXA insurance, and they did it. The pick-up and drop-off points are outside the airport, and they pick you up from the airport. I recommend them in total.

No one at the airport to greet. Had to burn a day of expensive roaming to make one phone call to find out where the pick up guy was. Had to wait a further 10 minutes for him to arrive. Not as described in the pick up instructions. Car was generally fine (it had done nearly 70,000 km, but was troublesome to start, although it did usually eventually fire. Either needed a full charge or a new battery. Informed the rental agency. Very disappointing that rental company's policy is to hold on to my deposit (€650) for 28 days even though there is no question of the car being damaged in any way. I don't see why my money should be earning interest in their account for a month.

The pickup instructions on the app are incorrect. The process is handled at T1, and the car pickup is also at T1, right at the airport arrival exit. It's not at T2 as shown in the navigation. Luckily, I checked the reviews beforehand. Both pickup and drop-off are very convenient and efficient. The staff are very professional.

The service was excellent. Although I arrived in Antalya at 6 AM, the staff was already waiting outside the airport. The store is just a few minutes' drive from the airport. The car I got was in great condition, the staff explained everything clearly, and there were no hidden fees. When returning the car, the staff was on time for the 5:30 AM drop-off at the airport.

We booked the car to be picked up at the airport at 9 PM, but our flight was delayed, and the car rental representative waited for us until around 10 PM. This car rental company doesn't have a storefront at the terminal building. The representative picked up our group of four and drove us to the store, which was very close, about a ten-minute drive. He showed us the order, asked us to sign, and processed the payment. He was really nice, and his English was excellent. He explained everything repeatedly when we didn't understand something. During the insurance part, I showed him the full insurance I bought on QEEQ, and he explained everything to us one by one. Seeing that we had already purchased all the necessary coverage, he didn't try to sell us any additional insurance. Car rentals abroad classify cars by category. We had booked a Mitsubishi Eclipse, but we were given an Opel Mokka instead. The car was cleaned like new and had a full tank of gas. The pick-up, self-driving, and return process were all very smooth and the experience was excellent. I will choose QEEQ for future car rentals abroad. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we were very cautious at the pick-up, checking the car for nearly ten minutes. When returning the car, the representative just walked around the car for about 10 seconds, then signed the paperwork and drove us to the airport.

Finding the car took quite a while primarily because of QEEQ’s incorrect directions, and phone communication was poor. In reality, the car rental company at Antalya Airport is named 'aytu car', not any other rental company mentioned by QEEQ. In the Antalya Airport parking lot, you can see the signs clearly. The service at the car rental company was mediocre during pickup but excellent during drop-off, with staff proactively escorting us to the airport entrance.

Like: Nifty little car. Used hardly any diesel at all despite doing 600+km. plenty of space for the four of us, 2 large suitcases and 3 smaller ones.
Dislike: Needed some better directions to the pick up and drop off. The guys from the desk had to come over and pick us up.
