Antalya Airport has two terminals, one for domestic flights and the other for international. Apparently, we first went to the domestic terminal and found the window closed. There was a phone on the counter, and we had to call twice to get in touch with someone to pick us up. Eventually, we found out that the office was in the other terminal, which wasn't too far away. The rental process was quick; we provided our documents, signed the papers, and soon enough, we were in the parking lot getting our car. We had booked a BMW 5 series but got an X3 instead, which they said was in the same vehicle group. The X3 was a Middle Eastern version, almost the size of an X5 in our country. As our trip went on, we were grateful for having an SUV; it handled some roads much better.

Renting the car was very convenient. Just present your documents and driver's license at the airport counter to get the car. No extra verification needed. Then walk to the nearby parking lot to pick up the car. The car was relatively new, having only 20,000 km on it. However, it had many dents and scratches, which were all noted on the document. Therefore, returning the car was hassle-free. They did a quick check and it was fine. The fuel tank was full upon return, but later I noticed the document indicated three-quarters full. Not sure if it was circled by mistake, but the deposit was returned three days later with no extra charges. Overall, it was very convenient and the service was good.

Budget truly lives up to its reputation as a global brand. They are everywhere and clearly marked. The service is very professional, and they don't push you to buy additional insurance. The pickup and drop-off processes were very efficient, and the deposit was returned on the fourth day after returning the car. Great!

Extremely satisfied. Just present your QEEQ order to the counter staff, who will record your international driving permit information, authorize the pre-authorization deposit, and provide necessary instructions. When picking up the car, note any existing dents or scratches, which the staff will also document. Once this is done, you can drive off. Returning the car to a different location was quick (as long as no new scratches were added). Since we were in a rush, we didn't wash the car, but weren't charged a cleaning fee. The pre-authorization deposit was refunded two days after returning to our home country. Thumbs up!

The car was too old, but everything else was fine: 1. The bumper had been hit and was fixed with wire, making noise at high speeds which was worrying for safety; 2. The windows occasionally malfunctioned and required manually adjusting the rubber strip holding the glass.

Guys, do not rent from the cheapest company. Initially, we chose them and faced multiple issues: their location is off the airport and requires a ten-minute drive, they couldn't process the credit card authorization (despite the card being fine), and then they asked for cash or suggested renting from a neighboring company. It felt like a scam. We decided to take a taxi back to the airport and rent from another company. It's better to pay a bit more for a hassle-free experience!

The staff quickly located the reservation using the name provided. They may try to upsell insurance and require proof of additional insurance coverage. You need to provide the rental agreement, specifically the section explaining the insurance coverage, before they accept it. Additionally, you'll need to sign a declaration stating you haven't opted for the company's extra insurance coverage. Once completed, you're ready to pick up the car!
