The car pickup in Antalya was very troublesome. None of the three models agreed upon on the website were available! The staff acted like we either had to get a refund or just take the car. Their attitude was terrible! Also, dual-currency credit cards with a UnionPay logo couldn't be used; only single-currency cards like USD or Euro were accepted... The staff in Izmir were very friendly, guided us to the parking lot, took us to the departure hall, and returned our deposit instantly. They didn't even charge us for the highway fees!

Additionally, you'll need to sign a declaration stating you haven't opted for the company's extra insurance coverage. Once completed, you're ready to pick up the car!
