Budget truly lives up to its reputation as a global brand. They are everywhere and clearly marked. The service is very professional, and they don't push you to buy additional insurance. The pickup and drop-off processes were very efficient, and the deposit was returned on the fourth day after returning the car. Great!

I booked and paid online several days in advance, but the front desk couldn't find my reservation when I went to pick up the car. Although the rental company's customer service responded quickly, it didn't help, and I ended up having to pay double the deposit to get the car. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
