Returning the car to a different location was quick (as long as no new scratches were added). Since we were in a rush, we didn't wash the car, but weren't charged a cleaning fee. The pre-authorization deposit was refunded two days after returning to our home country. Thumbs up!

The car pickup in Antalya was very troublesome. None of the three models agreed upon on the website were available! The staff acted like we either had to get a refund or just take the car. Their attitude was terrible! Also, dual-currency credit cards with a UnionPay logo couldn't be used; only single-currency cards like USD or Euro were accepted... The staff in Izmir were very friendly, guided us to the parking lot, took us to the departure hall, and returned our deposit instantly. They didn't even charge us for the highway fees!
