Europcar is very helpful. I changed my drop off location from the initial goreme location to the airport. Also, even at the airport, I dropped the car at the parking lot just outside departure gates and kept the key at the Car pick up area of Europcar in the departure. They were accomodative, friendly and went extra mile in fulfilling a smooth drop off. Very nice guys

There are many negative comments about carwiz on Google. Mostly it is claimed that they do not refund the deposit. I am currently experiencing a similar situation. They said they will refund the deposit after 15 days, but they do not take into account the messages I sent about this and do not respond.

Ford fiesta görünen araç yerine renault clio verdiler. Bunda sorun yok muadili sonuçta. Ancak araç pisti. Daha doğrusu koltuklar lekeli ve sigara yanığı ile doluydu. Frenlerinde, ön takımlarında, lastiklerinde sorun vardı. 2 defa ön lastiklere hava vurmak zorunda kaldım. Araçtan çok trim sesi geliyordu. Şanzımanda da sorun olacak ki vites geçişleri zor yapılıyordu.

Teslim alma ve bırakma süresi 5-10 dk arasında. Manuel araç yerine daha iyisi olan otomatik araç verdiler. Ancak HGS geçiş ücretini normalin 2 katı kestiler. Bunun gerekçesi de her 20 tl için hgs den 4 tl alınmasıymış. Öyle olsa bile yine 2 katı etmiyor.

The car was very nice and clear. It was a really good experience to enjoy the trip this way in Turkey. We just encountered a little difficulty in returning the car. Since there is an earthquake happened days before our trip, it affects the safety of the building of the shop. But we didn't get any notifications from Enterprise. We only notice that when we arrive at the shop and help by the shopkeeper next door. It would be better if Enterprise could send the map/direction info before head. thanks!

Overall service of the car rental company is good, but the service for customers with language barriers needs improvement. It would be helpful if the store provides a diagram to indicate the pick-up location. When customers have no internet access, the store should allow them to use its network for mobile translation.

We reserved an “intermediate” size car online. The guys at the counter at Sabina Gokcen Airport in Istanbul had a good attitude. They offered to provide a diesel car instead of gas, to save on fuel. We agreed. Separately, we asked if we could extend our rental from 3 days to 4 days. Green Motion COULD NOT EXTEND OUR RENTAL FOR ONE MORE DAY which seems like a no-brainer that other rental companies do all the time. They said we’d have to return the car and re-rent it if we wanted to extend the rental. We will not spend the extra time to do this. I will look for a car from a different company in the future for this problem alone. When we got to the lot, they personnel at the lot lined us up with a diesel car that was a “compact” size. We had to insist that they give us the class of car we reserved. We showed them our paperwork from the desk, they complied and gave us an intermediate sized car. Please don’t make me have to stand up for myself again. Green motion seems sleazy if they fail to provide what I reserved. All other details of the car rental we’re fine.

We booked a baby seat, and they confirmed it at the desk, but when arrives found the car without and they said they run out of it. When we insisted on having one because we have 5 month baby, they managed to get one. It took very long time for drop off, no one was there and we had to wait for the shuttle driver to drop off the car.

Like: The car was literally brand new having 13 Kilometers. Car was not clean due to rain while being stored but one of the staff gladly washed it for me.
Dislike: Not a big issue but Garinta’s car pickup and delivery is off site, a very nice shuttle van takes you once you finish the paperwork to pick up your car. You need to tag the location on Google so that you find it easily upon returning the car.

The car rental process was very convenient. They didn't even check the driver's license notarization and let me pick up the car. I asked if the car was equipped with an e-toll ticket, and they confirmed it was. However, I found the toll charges to be quite high while driving. When returning the car, the rental company assured me it was fine, which made me feel at ease. But the deposit paid via credit card took a long time to unfreeze, and I'm not sure how long it will take.
