The process of picking up and returning the car was very smooth! We picked up the car in downtown Izmir with no queues, and the communication during the pickup process was very convenient!

The reserved car was unavailable upon arrival. Although we got an upgrade, there was not enough space for luggage, and we had to use the front seat for storage. It was not a good experience.

The AVIS in downtown Antalya, Turkey, is a really small establishment, but communication was smooth. However, they kept trying to sell us insurance for 20 lira per day, even though we had already purchased comprehensive insurance on the QEEQ website. The staff seemed a bit unhappy that we didn't buy it, but it didn't matter. The car was really new and in great condition, driving it was very comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the features were nice. The roads in Turkey are exceptionally well built. We rented the car for 6 days, driving all the way from Antalya to Izmir. Even on the longest day, driving for 7 hours didn't feel tiring. The scenery was amazing. If you come to Turkey, you absolutely have to drive yourself!

Very fast service, staff explained everything in detail, and the car inspection at pickup was thorough. Efficient drop-off process, very satisfied with this self-drive trip in Turkey.

Staffs were so bad. Evenn rejecting my reservation. Has no car, lets us wait for the car. Got an unacceptable problem.
