The staff was friendly, attentive, and approachable. The vehicle was great and easy to drive. Deposit was paid, hopefully it will be returned on time if there are no violations.

Windycar, one of the bigger local car rental companies in Turkey. Good service and better value than international chains. The car was in good condition. However, there were some issues during pickup, but it didn't affect my positive impression. Details below. For pickup, the Kayseri Airport branch is not located within the airport, and there was a data issue between QEEQ and their system. I had booked for pickup at Kayseri Airport and dropoff at Istanbul Airport, but their system showed both pickup and dropoff at Istanbul Airport. This led to several calls to coordinate picking us up from the airport, confirming the booking, and dealing with issues at the store where their POS machine couldn't process my three credit cards (due to their bank's problem). The store manager was very professional and resolved the issues quickly, and after 3 hours, we completed the paperwork and got the car. Although the car they provided was dirty and almost out of gas, it was a new car with only 8000 kilometers and was in good condition.

The car was bad, not in good condition, the break was bad there are sound from everywhere, i spent more than 2 hours to receive the car, i had to wait in the parking with my 1 yr baby, last thing the holding money not received yet since i dropped of.

Good
